Outlying Area, Circleville

Circleville is the seat and largest city of Pickaway County, with a population of 13,845.  The Courthouse Downtown, built in the 1880s, features a newly installed computer carillon that plays tunes daily. Downtown also features numerous small shops and restaurants.

Circleville is nationally known for its annual Circleville Pumpkin Festival that is recognized as one of the top festivals in the United States.  In addition, Circleville supports a strong local school system, has excellent area parks and recreation, and is undergoing rapid, well-managed development.
