Tucked away off
Route 33 in southeastern Columbus, Groveport is truly “Central
Ohio’s Hometown”. This charming and well-maintained community was
incorporated as a village in 1847 boasting a population of 250
citizens! Close to the Ohio and Erie Canals, the railroad came
through in 1868 bringing wealth and prosperity to this small
community.
Groveport still has the hometown feel welcoming new residents to
this close-knit community.
